We received our semi-annual air/heat maintenance from RKL Heating and Cooling today. Kyle was very Professional and so very helpful in explaining everything to us. . As always, I recommend this company as top notch service in knowledge, trustworthy and super nice employees. We have used them for years and they are truly the best of the best!

Kyle did an annual maintenance service on my unit today. Besides being totally professional and checking everything imaginable on my unit, he was incredibly courteous and as pleasant as anyone I have ever met. It is a pleasure doing business with RKL largely because of the quality of professional service techs and the level of expert service provided.

After having bad luck with other Company . I call RKL and was very impressed with there customer service . Talk to rep Jessica who was very helpful! . Buddy tech came within 30 minutes after call. I got honest quote way cheaper than the other company quoted. I decided to replace my furnace instead of part due to age. RKL came and replace my furnace the next morning. Excellent service no issues! I highly recommend calling RKL ! I'm 100% Satisficed , great staff!!

I was having heating issues and wasn't please with other company who came (Dash) ! I call RKL and spoke with Jessica who was awesome and informing about there work. They sent someone out within minutes after I call. Buddy the service Tech was great and gave me a honest diagnostic . I highly recommend RKL for heating and air service . Oh and there price was way cheaper/better than others! Very please I will do another review after they install my new unit. Thanks great customer service !

I left a message at 7:30 this morning. At 8:00 Buddy called and was on his way. My OLD a/c unit is running again! In the past I called other companies for service . When they arrived they would begin telling me I needed a new unit & did not look at my old one. When the time comes I am certain that RKL will be the company that installs a new unit.

We haven't had the pleasure of service yet as we had to cancel with plans to reschedule but the customer service was phenomenal. They have a tough job fielding calls and getting everything sorted. It is that time when they're probably being flooded with requests right now. So the fact they could get us in at all was amazing.
It can be pretty chaotic so my hats off to you. Know your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
