I can't say enough about this small town gem Auto repair in the downtown historic district of Lake City. The owner and mechanics are down to earth good people, who are professional and really take pride in their work.... They have done work for me on a number of my vehicles and I am recommending them to my family and friends.
I travel the extra distance just for the expertise that I can trust!

These guys saved my day. I bought an old Ford truck via Internet purchase, and when I arrived in Florida to pick it up it ran terrible. I knew no one in the area. I was heading towards the Ford dealer for repairs when I saw the Historic Lake City Auto sign, so I took a chance and stopped in. Jim and the mechanics kept the truck overnight, correctly diagnosed the problems (there were many), and made the repairs. When they started it up I thought it sounded great, but they were not happy with it and spent another hour or two tuning on it. I drove out their driveway and non-stop to Kansas City with no problems and the engine now just purrs. I wish they were located here in KC.
