Driving home on 68, just past Little Orleans, where the road is THE DARKEST I got a flat tire. Total pancake flat. Called Buckley's and they were there so quickly! 6 hrs from home I broke down in the middle of no where. From the time I called for a tow Jim got there in 20 minutes! I didn't have a clue where to take my car so he called a place he recommended to make sure they could squeeze me in at 4pm. After dropping off my car he drove me up the road to where some restaurants and hotels were in case they couldn't fix it right away, which they did and I was back on the road in less than 2 hrs! Above and beyond service. 1000% recommend.

With no local resources and waning business hours, Buckley’s shuffled their overloaded schedule to get us to a garage before it closed. Otherwise, all of us were stuck for the night with no local resources. We are very grateful for the customer service, helpful nature and all around good work. Thank you gentlemen!

Our teenage daughter was making a long trip alone for the first time when she slid off the road and got two flat tires and a bent rim. She was over two hours from home. Driver guided her on what to do when she unable to reach us by phone. He got her safely to a Wal-Mart, told the repairmen what she needed, and stayed with her until the repair was completed. He was like a substitute father to her until we could get there. Thank you so much for excellent and compassionate service!

My serpentine belt was shredded while traveling back from a family reunion and I was about 70 miles from my home and regular mechanic. The driver was very friendly and arrived to our car in about 20 minutes after I called them. It was Sunday afternoon and without hesitation towed the vehicle to my regular mechanic.
