Kyle completed two large jobs on our historic home: a new foundation and interior remodel. An excellent communicator, he went the extra mile to research trustworthy subcontractors. incredibly happy with the work KKC did on our home. new roof, siding, facia and gutters. New windows and doors. replaced the flooring the toilets and all the flooring and door trim painted and always fixed any rot they found. Billy, Gary and Darren are top notch they definitely know their stuff . They always show up on time with their tools and materials ready to go. They are very conscious of their surroundings and never left a mess. We could not be more pleased!

I wanted a large back porch with a full foundation and was referred to Kyle. The experience from day one was low stress, highly professional and very affordable. Kyle is great at checking in regarding materials, schedules, etc and helped navigate city permits and inspections. I appreciate all the work he and his expert team did and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow! Kyle and team took on our siding project that ended up being a little more involved than anyone anticipated. They persevered and gave us a beautiful result bringing our 1912 home back to life! Thank you Kyle and team. I would recommend you to anyone always.

We needed an old deck replaced. Kyle did an excellent job of not only building a new deck but was very helpful in designing and recommending materials. His crew is highly skilled and efficient. Fast, efficient and affordable. A very pleasant experience. Totally satisfied.

We needed a New Roof with unknown dry rot repair and facia boards installed. We had a budget and a narrow window of time with decent weather in the middle of March in Western Oregon. Kyle and his team jumped on this project and hammered it out. KKC was very professional, competitive and thorough in the work they provided. I will highly recommend them for roofs and any other home construction projects to my friends and family. Thank you Kyle and your crew for a job well done!
