Darrell has the best judgement in Mercer county. He helped us out of the ditch in a tight spot while the road was too icy to even stand on. He kept us safe and didn’t damage our vehicle. I wouldn’t have wanted to deal with anyone else. Darrel is the best at his job. Best tow company there is.

Darrell was very responsive even though he was on another tow job when we needed help-he got right back with us ASAP and was able to help in terrible weather with no damage done to our vehicle. This was actually the second time he was able to help us out in a year’s time….(teenage drivers!). He and his partner are friendly, honest guys and are 100% recommended!

I was stuck trying to figure out what I was going to do, then Darrell came in and fixed my car up quickly. He’s a good worker with a great attitude and I would love to use his service in the future.

I flew to NC to buy a Volkswagen Beetle, it broke down on the drive back home. Darrel was quick to come to my rescue, extremely kind and also took me to a friends garage to get it looked at since I couldn’t find anything open being it a Sunday! Very thankful!

My car stalled on an Interstate upgrade on a long road trip. Darrell gave me prompt, expert service and picked me up at another location, took me to the car with his tow truck, loaded the car, dropped me off at a motel, and then delivered the car to a local dealership for troubleshooting and repair. This has been the best roadside assistance I have ever had (in my 75 years).
